This may be an old survivor rule and maybe I'm wrong but I thought if there was a tie in the finals and if one of those songs was already in a tiebreaker then it should skip the tiebreaker round and just get eliminating.

If my wording is confusing, then I'm saying Paschendale should lose right now because it was already in a tiebreaker.
