I should dig up my Mexican Lasagna recipe... it uses tortilla chips instead of big flat noodles.

It's also one of the few recipes I devised entirely on my own, instead of stealing from someone else. The other is my seafood and noodle baked casserole.

I meant to say that it's not good that you haven't had it in a long while! I wouldn't eat it if it's not home made.
