Dance Of Death was originally going to be called Away From Messiah?

WOW!!! Ignorance is bliss! Never knew about it and it seems reliable as the review clearly shows that they reviewed Paschendale, Montségur and No More Lies. So Paschendale used to have 12 minutes with a lot of theatrics and interpretations? I'd love to listen to these demos!!!

I see some deviations in the Paschendale description. March rhythm? Hmm.

Hmm, but Maiden always talks about not writing more songs then they'll use. So I'm very skeptical.

Agreed, sounds like BS, the descriptions have nothing in common with any of the recent songs.

"Away From Messiah" is an awful title, but be honest, "Dance of Death" isn't anything too spectacular either  :p I agree with Ranko and Suicide, sounds like Bull.

also bnw was going to be called "Majesty of Gaia"

"Majesty of Gaia" was actually kind of a creative fake title. Not Maiden-like, but a nice effort at trying to sound Maiden-like. BTW, this is kind of off-topic, but while on the subject of album titles, I actually predicted that the new album was going to be called "The Last Frontier" when I was pondering some possible titles. I concluded that Maiden would probably come up with something different or better, but whadya know  :p

Fear of the Dark was going to be "I Wet My Pants" but the band thought it was too obvious.

No Prayer for the Dying was going to be called "Picnic with Mr. Stevens!"

With Mr. Stevens being the gravedigger guy from the album cover? :D

Huh, guess that debunks the rumor that it was going to be, "Porn! It makes the world go round." I mean, what else would that kid be looking at? :p

That explains the rip in reality on the cover!

Anyway, I also heard Seventh Son was going to be called, "She Never Got Sex Ed"
