I know the exact place this happened. They closed it immediately after the inspection. Although it's possible that the person who did it got the idea from the same urban legend.

If this thread makes me pause before ordering an Alfredo sauce, I blame you two.

By the way, I no longer take the blame for hijacking this thread. This has gotten absurd. Awaiting results from pilau to bring this thread back to its origin. Of course, if the prize is a recipe for tzatziki sauce with a 'special' ingredient, pilau will instantly become the MVP of this forum.
