FYI, I've just expanded the Strange Death Discussion Forum to include a Ratings & Commentary section for Bruce & Adrian's solo tracks and albums similar to the commentary section for Iron Maiden tracks here. Instrumental album? He tends to write rather generic riffs, and, unless he loses himself in long solos, I don't see the point of piling up stuff like the riffs of WotW.
Not in Primal Rock Rebellion. That was a fascinating album, albeit vocally as much as musically.
Working with a collaborator would push his boundaries even further.
