I found this site a while ago, and although I immediately thought of sharing it, I was a bit hesitant, because there is copyrighted material on it. When I saw JumpInTheFire's thread, I couldn't resist anymore.
I found it by accident, via a Russian board while looking for one of the files on this site (don't ask me how I did it, I'm amazed myself). So, in case you don't have these, go for it... I would like to stress, however, that I'm only posting it because the majority of this stuff is very rare and out of print. So if you get your hands on the more common stuff, I would like you to buy it- be fair.
These are MP3 files of all original songs Maiden ever covered- not including the AMOLAD-era, of course.

Wow!  Looks like my broadband connection is going to take some more of a beating tonight!  Thanks very much for these-I presume these are the same covers that can be found on, say, Best of the Beast?

Excellent, many of those I've never heard before. I might even check more of these artists, who knows.

This original is from 1987 and the Maiden track is, as we all know, from 1986.  :--)
