The title reminds me of something, how parents address age of their younglings. If you're 15, you're 14 and 16 too. Because you're in your "16th year", which will be used against you in the situation where your supposed maturity was lacking, like "get your own damn shoes, when I was 16 I didn't need my mom to walk me to the store". And there'll be opposite, "you were 14 yesterday, you can't stay out that long".
