Van Halen: Are they really re-uniting?

I heard through the grape-vine that Van Halen are going to be having concert, or a re-uniting show with original band members and shit! Is this really gonna happen? If so, let me no, cause I'm going to buy me some Van Halen tickets!! LOL:)

Another band that I also heard who may be re-uniting is Guns N' Roses! I hope this happens cause I wasnt alive yet when GNR performed! I would love to see all original band membrs together again, cause I think we all know that Axl Rose and Slash hate each other!
 
I've only heard rumors, but several seem to agree that Van Halen is in fact reuniting.

As for guns n roses, no way in hell.
