Steven Wilson and Porcupine Tree

I quite like it to be honest, I'm liking his romp into his 80s/synth pop. I am one of the few that enjoyed To The Bone though.

But I still think Hand Cannot Erase and Grace for Drowning are his best solo endeavours.

What the actual fuck is this? Has he lost his mind?

It's no secret that Steven Wilson loves 80s synthpop. He and Mikael Akerfeldt talked about their love of Talk Talk in an interview for Storm Corrosion. It's not all that surprising to me, he started going into that direction with To the Bone anyway.

Sounds like a new album possibly. Didn’t see that coming, but at this point it seems more promising than what SW has been doing with his solo career. More metal prog rock stuff please.

Really looking foreward to the Wembley gig next year.

Took me a while to get into Steven Wilson's music (I knew him more through Opeth) but after 2015's Hand.Cannot.Erase album - that was it.

Really gutted this years tour was canceled. Was really excited to see him in Manchester and London.
