Smith / Kotzen question

does anybody out there know if I can download the Smith/Kotzen fond they use officially? or a fond that come close to it? I would like to add it to my Open Office Writer fonds cause I think it looks really cool, like some retro movie advertisement or so.

I cropped the back cover on MyFonts. Looks like Bank Gothic Medium from ParaType is the best match.
