Going by live ability rather than whether they are my favourites or not, and also realistic running order, i.e. Metallica are not going to be anything other than a headliner.

One of the best gigs I ever saw was them mop the floor with Judas Priest when they were opening for them, but if there was a festival today I couldn't see them being able to command a higher position on the bill, maybe in Germany and some other territories, or maybe ahead of W.A.S.P.

Megadeth possibly could be replaced by an equivalent band, but I was struggling to think of one. Scorpions are definitely miles better live but I couldn't see them being on a festival above Megadeth.

Definitely in Germany, they're top-tier as far as rock bands go here. I'd expect the same in most of continental Europe.
