Sad news. RIP. Paul has his legendary place in the metal legendary history. These 2 albums! He made the band unique in the early days with his aggressive metal voice yet one full of soul and emotion. That's a rare combo. Great voice back in the day. He was crucial for the early success.

Favorite moments? The whole first album really. And he is the perfect voice for the second album. Good lyrics by him too. Thank you for the Live At Rainbow and Bremen shows.

RIP Paul. Despite his long history of attitude and behavior, he seemed in recent years to be a more likable guy. He made friends here in Brazil, playing alongside cover bands, performing at small local venues, and interacting with fans. Sad news for the Maiden community.
