The World is changing, now we all know and accept women as the capable and intelligent beings they are. Nowadays, there are specific laws in the governments worldwide that protect them, laws which I praise, for I believe everyone has the right to be treated as a human being, and I really hate the "Macho Man" stereotype, and I hate it when a man abuses of his condition to disrespect a female, whatever the reason is.
Now men and women are treated equally, or at least more and more people is trying to, however there are some people who, in my particular opinion, haven´t noticed this.
Please, let me explain myself with a small example. The other day, I took the bus in order to get back home, I can honestly say that I was very tired at the time, so, I was lucky to find a seat (people who live in Mexico, will know how lucky I was to find a seat in the urban buses), nevertheless, a girl who was about 19 or 20, kept staring at me and after a while she said "I guess there are no more gentlemen", to which I replied "Well, there are gentlemen, what we don't have, is empty seats".
My point is that I had the right to be seated, I was tired, and after all, we are all the same, right? I really think she shouldn't have said this, and I think she was trying to use the fact that she is a woman to her advantage, something I think was not fair...
