Iron Maiden appear on C4's Live From Abbey Road on Friday March 30 on More 4, repeated on the following Monday on Channel 4.

The last in the series, Iron Maiden's performance is a stunning finale to the groundbreaking show.  Showcasing their new album with an incendiary performance of 'Brighter Than A Thousand Suns' alongside the classic epic that is 'Hallowed Be Thy Name', Iron Maiden show why they are one of the most popular live bands on the planet right now.

Haha yes!

Guys, I just listened to this stuff with headphones and it truly sounds PHENOMINAL imo.
Great mix. They should record their next "live" album in this studio. ;)

For the ones who are interested:

Yes, I watched the footage in school today on the computers (since none of the Emperor samples I was trying to listen to worked... <_<), and it looks frickin' brilliant.  Tight as fuck playing, from what I saw, and the sound is crystal-clear.  If they released this officially, it may just beat the Beast Over Hammersmith version for 'best live version of Hallowed', provided they play the original solos.

Also, the interview footage demonstrates Maiden at their best; down-to-earth, likeable blokes, all Dave's not what you'd call articulate...but Bruce, 'Arry and Nicko are top class (naughy Nicko, though...slow down! :P)

I saw it and thought it was very good - nice sound quality and complete with a few Nicko jokes.

I have it taped in good DVD quality (better than Youtube anyway). I'll try and put it up on MegaUpload or something like that, if anyone's interested.

OK i'm in a good mood so i'll put the DiVX up on megaupload.com .... watch this space

edit: tried megaupload 3 times now and it keeps stopping half way through. Anyone know of any other file storage sites that will take a 250mb file?
