B-sides from AMOLAD

What happened to the b-sides from A Matter Of Life And Death ? Why they weren't released ?

I think they were planned for a release... - on the picture below (which I took from the AMOLAD documentary), you can see them listed right after the album songs (#11,12,13,14). In the last part of the documentary (part 4), Adrian said that he refused to do the song Tush by ZZ Top.

Idk, maybe in the end they gave up from the whole idea of b-sides. After the AMOLAD album they do not released any b-sides or a proper single.

The b-sides for AMOLAD were:

Tush (ZZ Top cover)
Angel Of Death (Thin Lizzy cover)
Space Truckin' (Deep Purple cover)
Hocus Pocus (Focus cover)

Well, you can find Hocus Pocus on ''Different World'' single/ Space Truckin' on a Deep Purple's tribute album/ and a fun version of Tush at the end of the AMOLAD documentary, but why they weren't released along with the album or for the two singles from it - ''Different World'' and ''The Reincarnation Of Benjamin Breeg''.
