a three-album tour... a three-album tour...

YES has been touring in recent years playing three complete albums.

If Maiden decided to do the same thing...
What three albums would you like to see played in their entirety?

(And inspired by a recent thread about worst potential setlists)
What three albums would you find the least appealing if played in their entirety?

Personally, I would enjoy a three-album show consisting of:
Somewhere In Time
The X-Factor (including the bonus songs from Japanese release)
Brave New World

and would probably not pay to see a show consisting of:
Fear of the Dark
Virtual XI
Dance of Death

(However, I might purchase those live Bruce Virtual XI tracks upon their inevitable release)

I'll pay for this:

Somewhere In Time
No Prayer For The Dying
Virtual XI

I will NOT pay for this:

Piece Of Mind
The X Factor
A Matter Of Life And Death

Piece of Mind
Powerslave
Seventh Son

I'd be the least excited by:

A Matter of Life and Death (already seen them do this album)
Virtual
Dance of Death

Nice idea for a topic!

Most interested:

Somewhere In Time
Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
No Prayer For The Dying
(I have also considered POM, Powerslave, FOTD, TXF and TFF)

Least (but still very) interested:
Brave New World
Dance of Death
A Matter of Life and Death

AMOLAD
Somewhere In Time
Killers

Honestly though, I'd be overjoyed to see them do any combination of three albums live. There would be plenty of amazing material no matter what.

Most interested:

Somewhere in Time
Brave New World
Powerslave

Least interested:
NPFTD
X Factor
Virtual XI

I like the X Factor a lot as an album, but I wouldn't go for hearing it in its entirety by Iron Maiden. By Blaze? Sure, I'll be there.

I'd love to see:

Brave New World
Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
A Matter of Life and Death

I would not like to see:

The X Factor
Killers
No Prayer for the Dying

Good:

Number of the Beast
Seventh Son
The Final Frontier

Less than good:

No Prayer for the Dying
Fear of the Dark
AMOLAD (only because I've also seen this already).

But let's face it, three albums equals AT LEAST 2 hrs 10 mins stage time, so we'd all turn up no matter what the albums!

Most excited: DAnce of Death, piece of mind, poweslave !!!! (Drooling)

Least excited, but still pretty pumped:

Virtual 11, X factor , iron maiden ( 1st album)...

Most interested:
Somewhere in Time
Seventh Son
The Final Frontier

Least:
No Prayer for the Dying
Fear of the Dark
Virtual XI

These are pretty much my 3 favorites and 3 least favorites.

Definitely Brave New World, possibly Final Frontier, and Dance of Death. Seventh Son would be good in full, but then I've already heard my favourites live, other than Infinite Dreams.

Least favourite: Killers, No Prayer, Virtual XI.

The 3 I'd most like to hear:
The X Factor
Virtual XI
(I so badly want to hear the rest of those songs with Bruce singing!)
Any album with Bruce except the 2 I'd least like to hear. I'd put them in a hat and pick one.

The 3 I'd least like to hear:
Killers
No Prayer For The Dying
Fear Of The Dark

1) Somewhere In Time (great album, 4 fabulous songs I would kill to see live and never have)
2) The Final Frontier (great album, 9 songs I have never seen live)
3) Killers (vastly underrated, fast and intense and only one (two?) songs I've ever heard live)

Literally came here to post this.

1. Somewhere in Time
2. The Final Frontier
3. Powerslave

I wouldn't try my hardest to attend a show consisted of Virtual XI, Fear of the Dark and Dance of Death.

I would! It'd be worth it just for The Clansman, Rainmaker and Pashdendale! I might go find a seat and take a nap during parts of FOTD though.
