    The Future Past tour 2023

It would be interesting if people posted the dB levels from the shows on here.

I expect they will announce the NA and SA dates on Monday October 9, right after Power Trip Festival.

So now North America May-June? which means mostly amphitheaters instead of arenas. I can see why they would move South America to September because of Rock in Rio.

    The Warning

Surprised nobody has started a thread for this band yet, any fans here? The Warning is a Mexican hard rock band from Monterrey, formed in 2013 by the Villarreal Vélez sisters: Daniela (guitar, lead vocals, piano), Paulina (drums, lead and backing vocals, piano), and Alejandra (bass guitar...

    The Future Past tour 2023

On the topic of opening bands for North America 2024, The Warning would be a great choice. They're a great female power trio from Mexico with a fan base from all generations, especially baby boomers, gen x and older millennials, because their sound appeals to them. But they also attract some...

    The Future Past tour 2023

The only way Maiden plays stadiums in the USA is to bring bands like Priest, Megadeth or Pantera. Otherwise, they'll have to stick with playing large arenas and large amphitheaters like in previous tours.

    The Future Past tour 2023

I wouldn't be surprised if it actually happened. Maiden will play S. America in March, Priest will play UK/Europe in March/early April. They can tour N. America in May-June.

So, since the European leg is over, should we expect the announcement for the North and South American dates sometime in the next couple of weeks?

    Ozzy Osbourne

Based on what Ozzy said in the announcement "the band replacing me are personal friends of mine", it will be either Judas Priest or Pantera. Most likely Judas Priest, since Pantera is playing the Aftershock Festival that same weekend.

    The Future Past tour 2023

Same where I live, Maiden always plays at the Jiffy Lube Live Amphitheater in Bristow, VA. But last year they played at the Capital One Arena in Washington DC for the first time. The amphitheater in Bristow is not bad and has great sound even on the lawn, but I preferred the atmosphere indoors...

Hell yeah! I love all his drum work, but my favorites are from Piece of Mind and Somewhere in Time.

Which songs never worked live as good as in the original studio version?

I agree. Even songs that are not my favorites like Sign of the Cross and Senjutsu sound great live and surprised me. But Black Sabbath and Judas Priest will always have a special place in my heart even though their stage shows are not as great as Maiden’s.

    Judas Priest

I hope they bring this same lineup to the US, more specifically to The Anthem in Washington DC which is a great venue with a big GA standing section. I saw them there on the Firepower Tour in 2018 and 2019.
