I guess I'm not the only one who thinks that today's ticket prices, for whatever (big) band, are simply insane. I saw Maiden for the first time back in 1986 for 29 marks (German currency). That equals 15 euros now. Before you smash me to bits: Yes, I know that was 30 years ago. And yes, I know...

It is simply a fact that the band's website lists a lot of shows that were definitely cancelled or took place on another day. As well as lots of errors concerning correct venues, towns, even countries. :p

To stop any further discussion about whether the dates on the band's website are correct or not: The tourlists there (ALL of them) are simply a joke and anybody (like me) who ever spent a lot of time researching dates knows this.

I forgot to mention that the Bremen date is confirmed (with proof) by former roadie Steve "Loopy" Newhouse: 1981-01-22 (aired on 1981-04-29)

When it comes to researching Maiden tour dates, the ones in Germany in the spring of 1981 are the holy grail because so much is unknown about them. The only one I know that is confirmed both by ticket scan and fan review is May 1st (Markthalle, Hamburg). I would very much appreciate it if any...

Another update, concerning the date: The "Rock Im Revier" festival show (Westfalenhalle, Dortmund, Germany) will be played on May 27th.

I don't want to rule anything. I just think that this topic should be about taping infos, that's all. Of course everybody can post whatever they want. It just would be nice to have only topic related replies.

Hey guys. This thread is about who will be taping on the next tour. It's NOT about what is annoying at shows or how crappy some (video) recordings are. I can absolutely agree with you on these points, but it's simply not about that. It's all about information, not discussion..........
