Torture me back at your Lair

I first owned the first 'Maiden album on cd, a Fame re-issue to be precise (which listed Clive Burr as Clive Durr!).
Then when I started to collect the vinyl I noticed that after the song Phantom of the Opera ended the words "Torture me back at your Lair" were repeated using a phasing technique, closing side 1.

Has that effect been preserved in recent releases of the cd or is it unique to the original lp?
 
I know exactly what you refer to & was going to say --it's on the current CD releases. But, I just listened to my IM remastered CD, & it's not on it. I have the album on LP but I'm pretty sure I'm not remembering it from there. Possibly I'm remembering it from the cassette releases. But, more than likely, it was also on the original CD release. I have this, but not on my computer. I'm sure someone else will be able to confirm either way. Funny that it's disappeared.
