I'm gonna go for Amon Amarth here just because I'm more into their type of music and because they are underdogs :P Both bands are in my Top 10 anyway.
 
Don't know Amon Amarth's stuff, but I listened to some before picking a clip. I liked the music better than a lot of acts of their genre.
Predictably for me, the vocals hurt. But like Wiz said, can't vote against the Priest.
 
Another sad round because Amon Amarth is my second favourite Death Metal band to fall out in a row (first is Death). I usually dislike growling vocals but Johan Hegg has a pleasant voice to listen to. Although their songs are similar, they have very good guitar melodies and drum beats. Of course, they don't stand a chance against the Priest ;).
 
I really, really, really, really love Amon Amarth, but after some pondering, I'll have to go with Priest. They just deserve it more.
