Gah.. how can I choose!? On initial thought I'm leaning towards the Scorpions... but UFO's greatest hits is one of my favourite albums to listen to.

One of my favourite gig moments has been seeing Scorpions perform Doctor Doctor with Michael Schenker, Uli Jon Roth and Klaus all playing additional guitar. Somewhat of a crossover between the two bands.

This shall take some time, the hardest round yet for me.
 
Damn, I don't know. Scorpions has some very strong songs and I've seen them live. I only know Doctor, Doctor from UFO but it's a bloody good song.

Check out either "The Essential UFO" or "Strangers in the Night" albums for the selection of top tracks from the golden era with Schenker.
I absolutely love this track from the last UFO album though:


If it was a war of greatest hits I'd find it really difficult, but possibly leaning towards UFO... however I really enjoyed Scorpions last few albums as a whole as well which makes it a tougher decision.
 
Strangers in the Night is one of the best hard rock live albums ever. The recent re-issue even has liner notes by 'Arry.
 
Was this matchup on purpose? If it was coincidence, it's pretty interesting that two bands that are as closely related as these two face each other.
