Rush, easily. Yes only have three albums that I like (Fragile, Close to the Edge, Tales from Topographic Oceans).
 
Wow, clash of the Prog Rock Titans!

I've never listened to Yes though and I think Rush are great. They were fantastic when I saw them back in 2011!
 
I actually like Yes, but they, like most bands, stand no chance against Rush.
 
Obviously Rush was going to win this, but at least it's a fairer matchup. Yes is a great band and their classics are up to par with anything Rush has done, but when they suck they really suck. Rush is a lot more consistent IMO.
