Strange 666 bike storey on way to Dortmund!!

Set off at 530 this morning from Manchester to Folkestone see Maiden in Dortmund on Friday via Ghent. My old bike runs perfect but for the first time the speedo needle doesn't move. When I stopped at Warwick services (numb bum!) I messed about with the cable to no avail. Then spun the tacho just for the hell of it. It went 666.6, I did it again and it went 999.9 - no jesting!! Made it to Ghent no probs!
