Has there been any word on another edition of this book? I have the original edition and see there are two more after that one, but the latest seems to be 2004.
Haven't heard a peep. I have the first and last (Dance of Death) editions, and would love to see an update. I almost wonder if they're waiting until they hang it up before wrapping up the story in print form.
