You didn't, I threw it in there ;), and yeah, people in the US are a bunch of prudes compared to the rest of the world.
 
I think if you are charged with 'Lewd Conduct" you have to register in some states. Public nudity, public intercourse and solicitation of prostitution all fall under that.
