Problems with images

Hey RW - the forum isn't letting me post images. I've tried different image hosts, and I keep getting the same error:

Database Error: MySQL server has gone away
File: /home/maiden/public_html/forum/Sources/Subs.php
Line: 3003

Sometimes the line number changes, but it's usually 3003.

I've seen other people posting images, so I thought maybe it was a screwy setting in my account, but I can't find any such setting.

What's up?

I tried it at least 4 or 5 times today. All attempts failed. First I thought it was this computer or connection. Now it seems it's related to this forum indeed!
