Sometimes the best tasting things are the worst for you. But even still, as I am a lover of all things greasy and cheesy, had I the opportunity to eat of that beast I would not decline. Yet I think it's safe to say it would be impossible for someone to eat the entire thing by themselves. Those look to be large pizzas, mediums at the least, and the burger is at least as thick as both pizzas combined. I think it would take at least 4 people to eat the whole thing in one sitting.

Take a closer look at that burger. Remember the scale. Those pink bits aren't just a bit of rare beef in the middle. They're hunks of raw meat much larger than any normal burger by themselves.

This kind of thing is good for a joke, but I think you'd have to be utterly insane to even think of eating that. Not even a single bite for me.
