My votes:

Honky Tonk Women is a lot of fun to play live, but that guitar part on Little Wing is a miracle.
If she was hot blooded, she wouldn't be so sad. Nonetheless, Jamie's Cryin'.
There's no Time for a Heartache Tonight on Valentine's Day.
Cursed be the song that made Tom Cruise a star! Soul To Squeeze
 
I think they were good. To an American, they're very overplayed, and it's a bit hard to hear their music with fresh ears. Some of my favorites didn't make the cut, such as "Blue Morning Blue Day" and "Long Long Way From Home".

"Hot Blooded" is actually a great song. The Van Halen just barely edges it out for my vote.

The other tough choice for me was Stones vs. Jimi. Most Hendrix songs would have lost to Honky Tonk Women for me. I love Jimi, but Honky Tonk is a blast.

Exactly my problem. I liked Foreigner until I got sick of hearing them on the radio all the time. Bad Company is another band like that.
 
Hendrix. I really like this Stones song, but Hendrix is just a completely different level.
Foreigner. Van Halen never clicked with me, and I doubt they ever will in this life.
Floyd. I expect very few songs in this game to be able to beat Time for me. Also... the Eagles are almost completely off my radar.
As for the last round, I really dislike both songs, but I can bear the Seger one a bit more. I really hate RHCP. One of my least favourite bands ever.

My votes:

Love the John Cougar song, but VH is better. Panama
Good AC/DC song with a tough draw. Thin Lizzy is much better. The Boys Are Back In Town
Bon Jovi is OK, but this Nuge song is a personal fave. Stranglehold
Except for a few songs (and this ain't one of the exceptions), Billy Joel sucks. By default: I Won't Back Down.
 
Halen and Petty easily in those matches.
Bon Jovi because my family has fun playing and singing it around campfires.
The other is a tough matchup of two great songs.
I'll go with the cannons because it is one of AC/DC's best, whereas Boys isn't in the Lizzy top 10.
 
Definitely Mellencamp. Can't stand Halen.
I love that AC/DC song, but Thin Lizzy is better.
I also love that Bon Jovi song, and generally I can't stand The Nuge, but damn if Stranglehold isn't one of the coolest songs ever.
Not a huge Petty fan, but that Billy Joel tune is straight up annoying.
 
Mellencamp, Lizzy, Nugent, Petty.

The Lizzy song is the only one I really care for this round.
