Hi How are you today?? |Done anymore to your new house?

I was wondering if you new how to make a VCD from files like the one's you can download on ironmaiden.com|!!! And do you know how to make a VCD from windows media player and real one players??

And do you know what format the video needs to be in eg. MPG ect.

tmpegenc is the best prog to use to convert avi and mov files to an mpeg1 file, but you need an extra plug-in to do quicktime movs (like the ones on the enhanced cds

make sure its encoded at 1150kbits/sec

Nero is your best bet to create the actual vcd, but roxio win on cd 5 will pop a player on the cd as well to let you watch on pc's ithout a compatable mediaplayer

OK, so what option do i use if i am using nero?
 
What he is saying is that you first have to convert the files to mpegs.
Use something like tmpegenc (a free downlaodable program) to do this.
After you have them all in mpg format, then you can use Nero to make the VCD.
I'm using version 5.5.9 and all I have to do is select to make a VCD, add the mpgs to the play list, then burn it. They play fine in my DVD player and computer.
