Anyone here do VHS to VCD transfers ?

I've got a video on the way that I would love to have on VCD so I can trade it.
Cleveland 2000.
I'd love to here if anyone here does this and might be interested in doing it.
 
I have done a few - but the quality of the VHS needs to be good because you loose some quality in conversion. A bad tape makes a really awful VCD.

I always encode to 1150kbits/sec which is compliant with most vcd 1.0 enabled players

I was wondering about doing conversions for Video traders, so if you are interested I'm sure we can work something out. How does you send the VHS and a couple of CD-R's (you get about 65 mins per CD) and I convert them for you and return only the CD-R's? I'd keep the VHS for doing the conversion?
