I put The Number Of The Beast and A Matter Of Life And Death in my CD player at the same time and listened to the previously unknown album The Number Of Life And Death, including the songs:

Brighter Than A Thousand Invaders
Children Of The Pilgrim
The Reincarnation Of The Prisoner
Out Of Acacia Avenue
For The Greater Number Of The God
These Colours Don't Run To The Hills
Lord Of Gangland
The Longest Total Eclipse
Hallowed Be Thy Legacy

I then listened to my favorite album by Judas Bayley, Sad Wings Of Silicon:

Victim Of The Hunger
Stare At The Epitaph
The Day I Fell To The Ripper
The Brave Tyrant
Born As A Deceiver
Ghost In The Island Of Domination
Launch The Genocide

And the death of Richard Wright put me in the mood for an album he appeared on: The Paranoid Side Of The Moon.

Speak To Iron Man
Hand Of Time
The Great Planet In The Caravan
Electric Eclipse
Fairies Wear Any Colour You Like
War Pigs On The Run
Money Salad
Damaged Paranoid Brain

You know SMX; that reminds me of a really bad internal joke me and a classmate's got. It goes down like this:

Rob Halford's got a clone or something called Bruce Halford, and Bruce Halfords discography consists of titles such as:

"Happy wings of Fate"
"The Faith's Defender"
"KillerPain"

with songs such as: Within the realms of Life, KillerPain, Armbreaker, Analogue Ear, and so on. Why the fuck we keep "joking" about it I don't know, because neither of us, and no one else in this world think it's funny.  :innocent:

Indeed, that reminds me of Alice Rainbow, and their album Long Live My Nightmare. I think the tracklist was:

1. Long Live My Nightmare
2. Black Widow Connection
3. Gates Of Department Of Youth
4. Kill Steven
5. The Awakening (Subtle)
6. Cold Ethyl Eyes
7. Sensitive To Some Folks
8. Only The Lady Of The Lake Bleeds

Yax, I have only one album by Bruce Halford: The Chemical Resurrection.

King In Hell
Chemical Resurrection
The Locked Tower
Killing Screams
Book Of Cyberworld
Gates Of Temptation
The Machine Men You Love To Hate
Slow Down, Alchemist
Return Of The Savior

Good as that album is, I still prefer the Metallirush masterpiece ...And Moving Pictures For All:

The Blackened Eye
...And Vital Signs For All
Eye Of Tom Sawyer
To Lime Is To Light
The Reddest Barchetta
Witch Hunt Of Sorrow
The Frayed Ends Of YYZ

Ah, you're into his soloalbums? What about his history with Judas Maid?

I mean, he's responsible for classics such as Stained Class of the Beast, Hell Bent for Powerslaves, Ram the Killers Down, No Prayer for Nostradamus and of course, KillerPain.

And Tim Bayley also made a couple of albums with Judas Maid when Bruce Halford departed for some years. Really, Virtual Demolition and The Jugulator factor are awesome. Of course, the albums they did with Bruce Halford when he returned are awesome as well. Brave New Retribution is a masterpiece.

Well, I just finished listening to the Ronnie James Schaffer classic Lock Up The Stormrider.

Wild Holocaust
Stormrider On The Sun
The Path I Choose Between Two Hearts
Before The Night Music
Lock Up The Stormrider
Pure Evil On Queen Street

Why Are They Watching Me Travel In Stygian?

And I just picked up another classic: Back In The Valley Of The Black by classic superrock band AC/Force, combining over-the-top fantasy lyrics and classic rock beats.

Invocation of Hells Bells
Givin' The Dog A Black Fire
Back In The Valley Of The Black
Have A Drink Where Dragons Rule
What You Do For Starfire, Honey
Have A Drink, Disciples of Babylon

All Along The Crazy Train
...And The Gods Made Romance
Dee, Pt. 1
Crosstown Suicide
Little Miss Crowley
Long Hot Bone Movies
Voodoo Revelation (Mother Merman)

Be careful not to confuse Ozzy Hendrix with the hard rock band Van Hendrix, whose debut album was called Are You Van Halen:

Runnin' With The Foxey Lady
Third Eruption From The Sun
You Really Got Manic Depression
Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love Or Confusion
I'm The Highway Chile
The Wind Cries Jamie
Atomic Joe
Feel Your Fire Tonight

Holy Creeping Death
The Call of Lucretia
Trapped Under Hangar 18
Take No Escapes
Tornado of Bells
Fight Poison with Poison
Five Lightnings
Rust to Black

Sabbath's best album, known as the darkest and doomiest album ever released upon mankind:

Heaven And Cross

side one:
The Knights Of Hell
The Headless Children Of The Cross
Lady Devil & Evil Daughter
When Hell Calls

side two:
Kill In The Spirit Well
Die Wild
Black Walk
