The selection of US cities they're visiting is very disappointing. I was hoping for something in the Mid-Atlantic region in MD, DC, VA or NC.

SiT is probably my favorite album, but BNW, NOTB, SSoaSS and TBOS are all rivaling it. PS is good on most songs. I can't decide. Those are probably my top 6.

This is exactly how I feel. It's not bad, it's just not among the best either. I also feel that it never "takes off". The dark, somber tone of every song just doesn't excite me as much as other albums have. It's "too serious".
