"Fear Is the Key". "Chains of Misery" is very very good, but the lyrics are just too shallow.

"Judas Be My Guide" vs. "The Apparition"
 
Two songs that are back-to-back on my list of overall favorite Maiden songs, and both are in my Top 20 overall, but Judas just edges over the critically panned but very great Apparition.

Fear of the Dark VS Afraid To Shoot Strangers
 
"Afraid To Shoot Strangers". I find the lyrics of the former to be somewhat childish, which drags it down a bit.

"Murders In the Rue Morgue" vs. "The Prisoner"
 
Murders. The Prisoner is good, but MITRM is the single best Di'Anno song and classic early Maiden.

Phantom of the Opera VS The Nomad
 
Tough call. "Phantom of the Opera", because it's an undeniable classic (though I also love "The Nomad").
