Brave New World was one of the first Maiden songs I heard. I liked it at once and I still do. Very nice intro.

Did anyone notice that Dave's stage attitude has changed somewhat since Janick joined the band? I guess Dave noticed by seeing Jan that he could do more on stage that just play. Of course it wasn't a sudden change, but in I could notice throughout the videos that he does now more "crazy" things...

I had to vote for Holy Smoke. It just makes me crack up everytime I watch it... One wonders what kind of "holy smoke" did they smoke before making the video...

Re: 'stranger In A Strange Land' Oh yeah, The Profecy was another one...never paid much attention to it... I had not thought about Women In Uniform, because it's not on any album. And well, Transylvania kind of fuses with Strange World, so i wouldn't count that one.

Re: 'stranger In A Strange Land' I noticed a pretty curious thing about this song. It doesn't have any real "ending", meaning it keeps going as it slowly fades out. This might not be curious on its own, but I think it's the only Maiden song that ends like this. Anyone know another one?

I also enjoy their 80s work and their 00s work for different reasons. Even if the music has evolved, you can tell it's still pure Maiden.

Re: Maiden Reference In New Sonata Arctica Dvd! Speaking about Maiden and Sonata... I've heard a Die With Your Boots On cover by them that is actually pretty good! Maybe even better than the original because it lacks that kinda cheesy "if you're gonna die" backing vocals...

Ummmm... You can save your sarcasm for yourself dude. I know perfectly that all those songs were released AFTER Live After Death. I just said that they work great live and Live After Death lacks them, so that's why Rock In Rio got my vote.

I loved Rock in Rio. Great intro, great show, great setlist. I prefer this one to Live After Death, because it has many songs that work great live that LAD lacks such as Sign Of The Cross, Clansman, Fear Of The Dark, The Wickerman, Blood Brothers...and it also keeps many of the best classics...

Alright maybe Another Life was a surprise (never been much into Killers to be honest). Alexander The Great would be nice, but if it has to take out Stranger....then I say bye-bye Alexander! -_- And I think Holy Smoke is way more popular than Tailgunner for example. It should work well live. And...

I don't see any big surprises in the setlist. If it's going to be in the line of the Early Days Tour part 1, there won't be many. In that tour they just played the most usual stuff from the first 4 albums. No surprises from The Number Of The Beast, they just played the 3 songs they're always...
