It is the best track of the album in my opinion. Like taken away from "Tyranny of Souls" and put on a shelf by Bruce to wait for Steve to change IM direction.

Again after "Tear of a Clown" reminds me od Bruce solo work. It's like listening to "Tyranny of Souls". The climate of it not music as such.

This must be the most "solo Bruce" song type on the album.
