    If you could wish one thing back from Maiden that has gone & is no more

    I love the proggier Maiden but I’d kind of love to see them do a harder hitting metal album with shorter songs just to shut up the nay-sayers who say Maiden are boring now. But then why pander to the lowest common denominator?

    The new Motley Crue song is…pretty bad. Riff straight out of 2001, Whinging lyrics. Don’t they realise that what people wanted from Crue is fun, good time music? Not this turgid mess. The solo is probably the best bit.
