I would take Maiden playing the same set list every night to them rotating the set list with a click track. I hate the concept with a passion.
Maiden haven’t rotated songs really ever. 2010 is one occasion that I can think of. I don’t know why people complain about it anymore.
I’ve been unable to fish the river all winter because of the rain here in the UK. Now the rivers have closed the weather has improved. Typical!

In all seriousness I actually enjoyed it as an opener but I wouldn’t want to see it again.
Would I be right in thinking that the last time they opened a show with a song that wasn’t an album opener was Murders in the Rue Morgue in 2005? I thought the use of Beast in 2003 was quite quirky and worked well.

I used to love the song ‘No Prayer for the Dying’. However since the Talking Maiden boys compared it to Kirk Van Houten’s ‘Can I Borrow A Feeling?’, I can’t help but think of that song everytime I listen to it!
